Our 595 sq ft tiny house includes:
• Living Area: 3 reclining chairs, smart TV and lamps
• Kitchen: dining table w/2 chairs, stove, microwave, full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, blender, mini crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, dishes/cooking utensils, washer/dryer and a few pantry items - salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee, cocoa
• Bathroom: shower, towels and toiletries
• Bedrooms: double bed, dresser, cube shelving, heaters, lamps with USB charge stations, shelving with games and puzzles, iron and board
• Outdoor Area: covered deck, chairs, charcoal grill and backyard playground
• Community Area: swimming pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend)

• GPS doesn't take to exact location and sign on door shows 1 Golden Acres. House is at bottom of hill on the right with blue tin side and Prowler camper parked next to it
• Code to enter property will be given 24 hours prior to check in
• No parties or big groups
• Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am
• Guests will need to use their own log-ins to access Netflix and other streaming services through the smart TVs
• There are a lot of deer and sometimes black bears in the area. Please keep a safe distance, avoid feeding them and leaving trash, food or toiletries outside
• Please note that there is no smoking at all on the premises to include vaping and marijuana
• No pets are allowed.
• To provide host and guest liability, a deposit of $250 will be required and forfeited if any damages, smoking or pets are on the property.
