Our beautiful Harborside condominium is settled along side the awe-inspiring view of the Webbhannet River. Surrounded by a quiet, well -mannered community, the property is only steps away from the deck to soak in some rays while unwinding with a relaxing read, and a 2 minute walk to the beach to enjoy a care-free day in the sand with family. This second floor condo provides nothing less than a peaceful and soothing experience, while at the same time residing within walking distance of all the fun Wells activities. Whether your looking for a quiet air-conditioned leave of absence from the stresses of daily living or an action packed day in the fresh air, this studio condo is the perfect spot to become your peaceful retreat for all the experiences that the greater Wells community has to offer. Sheets and blankets are provided, however you will need to bring your own towels and beach towels. We have a strict no smoking policy and no pets are allowed. Each unit has 1 designated parking spot. Unit is located on second floor and there is no elevator and is not wheelchair accessible.
