Our condo, with brand new air conditioning, is located in Swain, New York within walking distance of Swain Ski Resort. It's a short drive from Letchworth State Park (15 miles away), Stony Brook State Park (12 miles away), and Woodlynn Hills Golf Course, making it a perfect four season getaway.
You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. There is a restaurant up the street open year round and in walking distance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sorry no pets. Non Smoking.
Condo Layout:
First floor- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1st bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed and a bunk-bed with a full size bottom and twin size top. There is also a full size bathroom and washer and dryer.
2nd floor- Kitchen, living-room with a balcony, and a half bathroom.
3rd floor (open loft)- 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed.
