Approximately 3 miles to Asante and Three Rivers Hospitals , markets, restaurants, Southgate Movie Theater, Walgreens. Rogue River, Josephine County Fairgrounds, YMCA, RCCollege ( won awards for plant diversity & they host outdoor concerts), and several parks including Riverside Park which hosts FREE outdoor concerts in the summer.. 5 minute drive to downtown Grants Pass. Performing Arts Theatre, And 7 minute drive to I-5 , 5 minute drive to highways 238 and 199. The BRITT in Jacksonville is a 30 minute drive on 238 and they have top rated concerts, lots of shops and a charming city. KITCHEN..& Dining.....Lovely, wood dining table seating for 4-6 people ; 4 chairs and a bench. sits off the kitchen and opens to the living room. Built-in appliances ( dishwasher and electric stove/oven). Microwave over the stove. Double door refrigerator with ice maker. Lots of beautiful built - in cabinets and pantry w/ sliding drawers, turntables, countertops and space. The kitchen ifs fully outfitted with the best glassware, dishes, cutlery etc. A small window sink and skylight completes the look with a roomy , and airy feel. The door to the garage is off the kitchen.
note: There"s a sliding glass door in the guest bedroom that opens to a balcony with a charcoal barbecue and chairs for 4 guests. One car & electric garage door opener.
