- You are sensitive to noise. This home isn't a main road but does connect to a main road, so there can be traffic noise sometimes. Please be mindful that there is a family that lives in the upstairs unit of this home. There are quiet hours that all home occupants must abide by. Also, please note that they have a dog that is walked in the backyard on a leash.

- You have small children. There are radiators that could get hot to the touch when the heat is on. Please be conscious of these.

~Guest Access~
You’ll have full access to the first floor unit of this home. The two spots in front of the home are for your use. The front porch, entrance vestibule, and backyard are shared. This is a family that lives upstairs on the second floor.

~House Rules~
1. NO PARTIES. Hosting a party during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
2. Please do not smoke inside or outside of the home.
3. Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet.
4. Please clean up pet accidents inside the home and please pick up after your pet outside. There are doggie bags provided for your convenience in the laundry room drawer on the right.
5. Please empty lint trap from dryer after use.
6. Please turn off propane tank after use of grill and please put grill back in storage after cleaning of grill is complete.
7. Please put out fire after use of firepit.
8. Quiet hours are between 10 PM – 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and upstairs tenants. Noise from the upstairs tenants shouldn't be an issue, but if it ever is, please notify us to rectify.
9. NO PETS.

1. GRILL - The grill is located in the storage under the back stairs. Please message us for combo.
2. FIRE PIT - There are fire starters in the cabinet above the washer/dryer.
3. NOTICE - There are visual and audio recording devices on the exterior of the property.

~Late Check-Out/Early Check-In~
We are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. Oftentimes, however, there are guests before or after you and we only have a short window of time to clean the unit. We will gladly notify you if this option is available, or feel free to ask! Thank you so much for your understanding.

This home is conveniently located 2-minutes from Route 8, 10 minutes from St Mary's Hospital & Waterbury Hospital. You will need a vehicle to run most errands. Uber/Lyft is widely available in this area.
