Cozy rockers and roaring fires make this home a vacation spot that you'll never forget! Located within George Washington National Park and only a few miles from High Knob Trail and Fire Tower, you can walk from the house along the trail up to the Blue Hole swimming area located in Rawley Springs. The springs, which feed into the Dry River are said to be a place of healing. Get back to nature and still stay in touch with an excellent WiFi signal (cell signal is a bit more spotty). Want to get back in touch with the modern world? It's only a 20 minute drive to historic downtown Harrisonburg and all of its local shops, incredible dining options, museums, and restored architecture. The home is conveniently located next to Route 33

If any items are unplugged from an outlet or device (like a TV), please be sure to plug it back in before checkout.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Turn off all lights when leaving the property.

Interior locked closets are off limits to guests.
Only registered guests are to be in the house.
Leave the doors and windows closed if the heat or AC is in use.
Trash must be taken to the dumpster near the house at check out. A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed.
There is a Ring Doorbell Camera that records audio and video based on movement on the outside of the house.
Pet Rules:
-We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken.
-Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly.
-Must be crated when in the house alone.
-Stay off all furniture.
