This home is setup to exclusively host vacation rentals and comes with a well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, salt, pepper, oil, food storage containers, tinfoil, zip lock bags, dishwasher, K-cup coffee maker, toaster, and more. All appliances are brand new stainless steel appliances, and the side by side refrigerator also includes filtered water and ice maker. Each bedroom and the living room also feature LED smart TVs with a subscription to Philo which offers 60+ channels and on demand. Each TV also allows for guests to sign into their own Netflix or Amazon streaming subscriptions. Two stackable washers and dryers are provided for guests who wish to do laundry.
High speed WiFi is available throughout the house and in the yard.
