The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, and the cleverly designed space features a queen bed below and a twin bed above, accommodating up to three guests. Need extra sleeping arrangements? The living room has a sofa bed for added convenience. In the summer, the air conditioning keeps things cool, and the BBQ grill is ready for your outdoor cooking adventures.

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
- No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $100 per pet. Please add pets to the reservation under the "Add guests" tab in the search bar.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees will apply if the guests fail to check out on time.
- Minimum age to book is 21
