This upgraded bright and spacious top floor unit has all new stainless steel kitchen appliances and vaulted natural timber ceilings continuing into the living room. A 'wall of windows' from the kitchen to the living room face the deck with private BBQ, dining table and commanding views of Aspen Mountain ski area. Thoughtfully equipped and tastefully furnished throughout, it’s perfect for a party of 6 dining in or for an outdoor BBQ & glass of wine while enjoying the fresh Aspen mountain air. The fully stocked kitchen and dining table share an open concept with the living room featuring a flat screen TV, wrap-around sectional and wood-burning fireplace, making it a great space for gathering for meals and relaxing.
The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and a kn ensuite master bath with a large tiled shower. There is an additional mirrored vanity and sink just outside the master bath. The two additional bedrooms each feature extra long twin beds that can be paired together and arranged as kings upon request. The second bathroom has a full size combination tub with shower.
This condo is fully equipped with every comfort.
The complex itself is family friendly and offers great amenities; one of the largest heated year-round swimming pools in Aspen, 2 hot tubs, a workout facility and saunas, an onsite meeting room with kitchen, off street parking and bicycle racks. A free shuttle bus stops right across the street from the complex that will bring you directly to the grocery store and center of town should you prefer not to walk. A car is not needed at this location unless you plan to do sightseeing outside of town.
NOTE: This condo is on the same floor and shares an outside deck with our friend’s condo: VRBO # 210884. The two units work great together for larger groups and family get-togethers.
