This place is minutes away are many Natural Sites and Trails, State Parks, and/or amazing tourist attractions. Nearby is the Mt. Airy Casino the spectacular Kalahari Water Park Resort (the largest water park in the USA), and Great Wolf Resort. There is also Camelback famously known as Pennsylvania’s Biggest Outdoor waterpark (summer) and Camelback Mountain Resort is close where you can also ski, snow tube or snowboard (winter). Submerge yourself in unparalleled Summer and Winter Sun and entertainment in a beautiful mountain setting with 37 rides, slides, and water attractions. Renting this house will also give you access to the community pools.

The Space:
This home is the perfect getaway for a family and friends. The house's centerpiece is found in its three tiered decks overlooking the amazing lakefront views. The home comes with a Master Bedroom on the 2nd Floor (w adjacent separate sitting room and Day Bed). The 1st Floor has a Room with a full bed, and a Bunk room with 4 beds. All rooms have comfortable beds already made for you, and fresh sheets & towels in each room. There is an extra pullout couch in the game room. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a Sunroom leading out to the Decks. Enjoy the Nature, Mountain Air, and Peace. When night comes sit out by the lakeside firepit, tell stories, or sing songs, and roast some marshmallows!
Guest Access:
New Township Regulations for this property allows a MAXIMUM number of 10 GUESTS and 3 CARS. Please Note, you will not be able to register more than this number. Please call or email Ron if you have any questions.
Guests will be given the key code for general access. The front door is at ground level and has three steps to access.
The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in A Pocono Country Place Community. This friendly neighborhood allows for wonderful walks around the lake, or peaceful kayak or boat rides in the 70 acre Dresser Lake. If not inside soaking up the lake in the Sunroom, you will find yourself sitting on the upper deck or peacefully by the lake on the two lower decks by the lake.

There is full internet access for multiple users.
We are typically open to an early check-in time if there are not renters leaving on the same day (our cleaners need the full time to prepare for the next visitors). Feel free to ask about checking in early.
