This charming, unique country house with modern amenities is the perfect setting for your secluded weekend getaway, family gathering, or as an accommodation for a group attending an event at one of the numerous local wedding venues.
Abundant indoor and outdoor amenities are designed with the whole family in mind and to provide ample outlets for relaxing, entertainment and indulgence.
The Space:
The house boasts 4 full sized bedrooms – 9 beds in total – and can sleep up to 16 guests! The large modern kitchen, featuring an oversized island, is fully equipped and ready for entertaining. There are also two additional dining areas which provide ample seating for mealtimes during your stay.
Within the home there are many amenities across three distinct
family rooms. The upstairs entertainment room has an arcade system, a bar/lounge, and a sitting deck which overlooks the quaint pond and gardens. Downstairs, the two living rooms can be used to retreat and relax while enjoying the scenery or unwinding with a show or movie on the streaming enabled television. The traditional indoor sauna in the basement is available to guests looking to indulge and decompress during their visit.
The outdoor amenities are incomparable, especially for those seeking a quaint New Hampshire experience. From the lower living room, there is access to a platform deck, featuring a hot tub that overlooks the immaculately maintained gardens.
Jump in the pond! You’ll be surprised to feel the bursts of brisk spring fed water at your feet while cooling off on a hot summer day. For those who do not opt to swim, multiple decks and outdoor seating areas are scattered within the gardens, which are in bloom throughout the spring and summer.
The property also has a large, grassy field which is perfect for lawn games (or try our onsite shuffleboard court!), volleyball, even a pick-up baseball game! Those looking to venture into the woods can enjoy hiking trails with access to acres of woodland property. It is not uncommon to see deer, moose and other exciting flora and fauna on this property.
Guest Access:
Our guests have exclusive access to the entire house, and 20 acre property during the course of their stay.

Parking is available on site, up to 5 cars in the driveway and additional room available next to the field in the old clay lot.
