Our guest home can easily accommodate four people. There is a king-size bed in the Master Suite as well as a queen-size pullout sofa in the Living Room. There is also an oversize 7' couch in the Master Suite and standard size couch in the Living Room. Everything in our guest home is brand new and in pristine condition.

In addition to a kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cookware, there is a full size double-oven, microwave, and 25 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing needs, bath towels, and linens.
PETS - Due to a severe pet allergy in our family, pets are not allowed.
SMOKING - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside our guest home. Please smoke outside.
NO PARTIES - Our guest home is for the specific use as a family, friends or corporate gathering. This is NOT a place to host a party for anyone beyond those staying in the house with you. All people should be OVER THE AGE OF 25 unless they are part of the family.
PARKING - There is on-site parking for up to four cars at our guest home (on-road parking is not allowed).
