Downstairs has an additional master suite, den, kitchenette, bunk room, laundry, and covered porch. Full-size real mattresses instead of futon pads in the bunk room! Composite boat dock! Beautiful and no chance of splinters to those little bare feet! With your own private covered boat dock equipped with bumpers and tie-down cleats, your boat will thank you!
