We welcome you to enjoy our fully furnished 1 bedroom plus loft lakefront cottage located on Ambajejus Lake with a beautiful view of Jo Mary Mountain, just 10 miles away from Baxter State Park. Our cottage is situated steps away from the sandy beach. Take pleasure in a sandy bottom entry for wading or swimming and a great sunny beach for relaxing. Enjoy your meals on the covered deck, complete with gas grill, or at the picnic table on the beach. Our cottage also includes an equipped kitchen with stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, toaster, microwave, crockpot and Keurig single serve coffee maker. The first floor bedroom includes a queen bed. The loft includes a double-sized bed. The living area offers a double-sized pull out couch with a beautiful lake view and a TV for watching the DVD player (a selection of DVDs is included). Sheets, pillows, bath towels and kitchen towels are all included. Guests should bring their own beach towels. There is a washer and dryer on site. Your well-behaved dog is always welcome! Guests should be aware there is limited cell phone services at the cabin. New for the 2024 season is the addition of free WiFi. Less than 10 miles from the cottage, in Millinocket, guests can also enjoy dining at the Scootic In Restaurant or Sawmill Bar and Grill. There is also a grocery store with a pharmacy.
