There is a large screened porch with wicker dining area that opens to the heated pool area with an outdoor shower. Conveniently located to the village shops, restaurants and our award winning ocean beaches. Walk to secluded beautiful bay beach at the end of the block. Seven minute drive to Ocean Beaches and village of Southampton.
In the past we have only had repeat seasonal renters . We have decided to list on VRBO allowing us to enjoy our Gem House as well .

Amazing Ocean beaches are less than a ten minute relaxing drive through gorgeous neighborhoods . Or you may want to just stay by the pool and unwind never leaving the property . The back yard is private and fenced in making it ideal for well behaved pets to be part of your vacation .

The exclusive neighborhood of Shinnecock Hills Southampton is a seven minute drive from both the Village of Southampton as well as Hampton Bays. One direction is top of the totem pole Hamptons feel while the other is a bit lower key ideal for shopping .
