Negative: I don’t understand why Booking allows Vacasa on its app, they are terrible and clearly does not know the property. 1. Entry was convoluted and the instructions missed details. Instruction mentioned to open lockbox marked B but none of the two lockboxes were marked. Both lockboxes uses same code but only one key worked after some jiggling and manipulating. 2. Inside door lock was also problematic. It was hard to open and took a number of attempts with the code. 3. We were not aware that we were sharing the external door key with an adjoining apt and that led to some strained conversation. 4. Thankfully it was nice and cool during our stay, otherwise not sure if there is AC. The mini split in the bedroom does not respond to the remote in the room, or the wall thermostat. 5. One is the side table lamps did not have a light bulb, but the power cord was still plugged in, a safety hazard.
Summary: Inconveniences marred an otherwise decent stay. And for God’s sake, stop working with Vacasa!
