The next bedroom has twin single beds, the third bedroom features a pyramid bunk (single top, full bottom). The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and a shared hallway bath. The top floor has a spacious great room. The living room includes a large deck and wet bar and half bath off the kitchen. The 5th bedroom has a King bed and a private bath. Both North and South sides are rentals and are connected from a door on the top deck if tenants choose to use it. $400 Elevator Sec Deposit.
