Enjoy the mature trees, flowers and birds in our spacious backyard, Make use of the barbecue and tables, chairs and umbrella's as you enjoy the constant breeze and singing birds. Coffee and sandwich shops as well as McConnell's Ice Cream are within a block and a half of Mission Gardens. You are eight beautiful blocks away from Alice Keck Park and Kids World Park. Another couple blocks and you are in downtown Santa Barbara with restaurants, shops and entertainment on every block. Groundskeeper is on location. The outbuildings; the casitas, garage, and shed are not part of the rental.
