Our newly constructed custom designed home has a wrap around porch, screened in room overlooking a creek with sectional dining seating, back grilling porch, chefs kitchen with island, built in bar, dining table, and cozy sectional and fireplace in open concept living area. The first floor also has a half bath and sleeping nook with a twin sized bed. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom suite with seating are, coffee station, built in desk and custom closets, as well as a large cast iron jetted tub, custom double vanity, tiled shower and water closet. Down the hall, also on the second level, you will find a wardrobe and with linens, towels, and extra pillows and blankets. A tiled bathroom with shower is shared by two queen-sized bedrooms. Walk to Washington county beach where you will find tennis and basketball courts, grills, picnic tables, swings, bathrooms and areas for yard games. In season, there is also golf, a marina with a store, an ice cream shop, and bar. Black mountain and additional hiking areas are near by.
