Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Boat launching is not permitted on the property, but there is room for a boat trailer parked at this home. Guests can put their fishing boat in the lake at Daniels Pond Access Area nearby. The lake has a maximum speed of 5mph.Dogs are welcome and can enjoy the large yard and waterfront for swimming. Please pick up after your pet and do not leave them off-leash or unsupervised.Cell phone service is spotty and generally unavailable at the house. The house has a landline to which you can forward calls if needed and the highest available wifi speeds which support streaming and cell phone calls over wifi.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee.
