On the main level, you'll find a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, an adjacent dining area warmed by a wood stove, a cozy living area with plush, oversize furniture, a fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and a wonderful, fully-furnished sunroom with a dry bar and game table. Downstairs, there's a lounge with a flatscreen TV, a media library, and a Nintendo Wii, the second full kitchen, and a game room with a Ping-Pong table.
Outside, you can dine al fresco on the patio or enjoy a soothing soak in the private hot tub. A beautiful path leads you to a private dock on pristine riverfront that is perfect for barbecuing, fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, and floating, a great place to spend a summer afternoon before closing out the day gathered around the firepit. And for sleeping arrangements, this home features five cozy bedrooms, plus an additional bunk room, spread out over all three floors to ensure the utmost privacy and convenience for you and your guests.
