Paradise Point is an incredibly magical spot directly on 290+ feet of shoreline on Brant Lake, but this one is unlike any other! It truly has so much to offer, including amazing views, access to a sandy beach on Brant Lake, a dock, and more. Located on the longest edge of the point, there's a bench where you can sit and watch the surroundings, and you'll also have a fully screened porch and flagstone patio, plus a second patio behind the cottage. Inside, you'll find a large great room with comfortable seating, Adirondack fireplace, and flatscreen TV, plus a long dining table with gorgeous views of the lake out of the windows. The master suite has an en-suite bath, its own air conditioning system, and plenty of privacy.

**Trash service is not available at this property. As with many remote homes in the Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Brant Lake/Horicon Landfill/Transfer Station on Tannery Road (go to corner of State Route 8 and Tannery Road and look for landfill sign.) - 518-494-7906. We recommend calling early in your stay to find out fees and open days.
