1 Bedroom House in Plantersville
The RV is 32' 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and full kitchen. Its water front view of the pond and fountain with catch and release fishing. We have a fenced playground for kids and during May to Oct there is a 24' round 4' deep pool. It sits on a scenic acre lot with a country setting. During the day there maybe noise across the street sometimes, but its usually dead quite and our rates reflect it.
We also rent a Cottage, and there is 3 people who live on the property. We also rent out 3 RV spots during TRF. The bedroom has a Queen Bed, and in the kitchen booth turns into a small full bed for kids. I just turned the couch into a twin, extra bedding is provided. I have a loaner cot as well. so 3 adults and 2 kids or 4 adult can sleep in RV. There are pots, pans, dishes, utensils, just bring food and drinks. In kitchen the stove is butane and the small bathroom has a real commode please see pics . We do have some indoor and outdoor games for kids and adults.. Big discount on 7-day stays.
We are 5 min from the HBO Texas Renaissance festival. Some Fair participants live part and full time on our street so there is RVs and camping on other properties.
