A straight staircase leads to the upper level, where you'll find a private third bedroom with two twin beds, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, alongside a den equipped with air conditioning, a TV with a DVD/VCR player, and an additional half bath. The well-appointed kitchen provides all the essentials for effortless meal preparation, while the dining area comfortably seats six. The inviting living room is furnished for relaxation, featuring air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. *For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
