Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location (3 blocks from the public beach). Very clean place and area. It is located in a family oriented neighbourhood with schools (and a lot of kids on Mopeds without helmets around. Drive carefully). It is also at walking distance from convenient stores and restaurants. There are 3 beach chairs and a small beach umbrella that we used and it was very convenient since we didn't have to rent or buy for our stay. We communicated via Whatsapp with the host and someone came to meet us in the front of the building. The host was responsive when we had a few questions. Parking is easy and free. We did not want to deal with Miami traffic in this trip so that was a huge plus for us.

Negative: One key: It was inconvenient to have only one FOB key for a group of 4 people, but we managed it for 3 days. Loud Neighbors and acoustics: I didn't like that on Saturday night there was someone fighting in the apartment across from the us until 3am. There was also someone playing loud videogames on the apartment above on Sat and Sunday. W&D: The washer and dryer is shared with everyone else on the floor. We didn't use it. Other than that, there was nothing wrong with it and we plan to come back.

Summary: Perfect get away place for a family who does not want to drive to the beach every day.
