First floor has 1 bedroom with Queen bed, 1 bedroom with Full-Over-Full Bunk beds + extra Trundle (the perfect kid's room), and a Full Bath with walk-in Rain Shower.
Second floor holds Primary Bedroom with King bed and adjacent deck (perfect for morning coffee!), and an en-suite full bath with shower/tub combo. Enclosed Loft can be used as an extra sleeping space or office, as it holds a Twin daybed and desk/chair with pocket door and skylight-- a perfect nook to work from home.
Off the living room, a large Ipe deck overlooks the private backyard with outdoor shower, new Weber Grill, Solo Stove and Adirondack chairs, and literally everything you need for your beach vacation-- adult and kids bikes, scooters, surf, boogie and skim boards, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, coolers and speakers.
House has dishwasher, washer/dryer in basement, Central A/C, 2 large screen televisions with Amazon/Apple TV and WiFi, towels, extra sheets, and basically anything you would have in your family home-- an ideal getaway for a pack-your-bags-and-go vacation!
