The main level of this spacious home has a wonderful eat-in kitchen, dining room, sitting room with large Smart TV and a formal living room providing a lot of space for people to enjoy different activities at once. From the sitting room, there is a full bath with a shower stall and then you wander into the garden room. This huge sun-filled room filled has a lot of seating which also joins to the large back deck for entertaining and evening meals together.
The cape includes two queen bedrooms on either side of the upstairs both with en suite bathrooms. As you enter into one of the suites you will find an entry room that has a trundle bed and the washer and dryer which is great for a couple and smaller children to be in the same relative space.
