Harbor Haven is one of a kind with a Nantucket Architectural Style! A 5-bedroom property set gracefully on landscaped grounds with 100 feet of spectacular water views. It has light-filled open-concept living, complete with a fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and amazing views from every window.
Luxuriate in the huge Master Bedroom Suite with its magnificent wall of glass doors leading out to a bayside balcony. This stunning house is green, boasting solar panels, greatly shrinking your carbon footprint! Coastal Living at its finest! The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is perfect for making gourmet food during your stay with us. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have a queen bed in each room. The last and 5th bedroom has a full bed to sleep 2 people. If you need to do some work, feel free to spend some time in the office room where you can connect your laptop to the 2 computer monitors. There is also a fitness bike in the same room that you can use.
The grand backyard is overlooking the water with a large in-ground heated pool, a large dining area, and seating with remote control shades for rainy days.
The home also comes with kayaks and paddle boards and is in the heart of the North Fork close to all your farm stands and local vineyards, Greenport, Southold, and shelter island so much to explore but you will not want to go anywhere once you arrive at this beautiful home!

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
