Welcome Glen is located about 45 minutes from Cape Town and 5 minutes from Glencairn beach and 10 minutes from the famous Penguins.
Our home is a large house that is split into 2 self contained units. Your area would be the top floor comprising of 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, walk in closet and an open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen. A lovely wrap around balcony completes the set up. The house has an industrial look but the finishes and decor is modern. The industrial build allows the space to be more open and let plenty of natural light flow in.
Your wrap around, private balcony comes with a small lounger for watching the stars at night (a must) as well as a gas bbq.
You will have secure parking for 1 vehicle (in a garage) with your own semi-separate entrance.
The house does have a pool which is shared with us: we live downstairs. We are a family that love being outdoors. (Please note that due to the drought, our pool is needing a lot of attention. We do try to keep it clear and clean but cannot guarantee that it will be usable. That being said, there is a lovely beach just 5 minutes drive away.)
We have kittens on the premises: they are currently indoor cats as they are new but will not be able to get into your unit.
