Altogether, the estate comfortably sleeps 16 guests, 10 in the main house including the private suite, and 6 in the cottage. This property includes a deeded right of way that provides access to a neighboring cottage located on the point. From time to time, you may see the cottage owners or their guests walking along the edge of the property to reach their home. As part of this agreement, they are also afforded designated parking spaces on the property. You will receive specific instructions upon arrival with all the information you need to enjoy your time here comfortably and respectfully.
Maximum Number of Guests - 16 guests total, including day guests.
Maximum Number of Vehicles - 6 - The first floor of the garage is available for guest use. This area is perfect the perfect spot to plan your family reunion.
Pets Allowed - Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the owner.
