**Property Details:**
* 1/4 of the rear yard will be separated and fenced off from the main house. Camper guests/owners will have access to the neighboring property, but not the main house.
* The house is located in the tri-cities area of Portsmouth, Chesapeake, and Suffolk, with nearby attractions including military bases, shipyards, beaches, amusement parks, museums, and casinos.
**Location:**
This home is nestled on a quiet end street, offering serene waterfront views and ample space for family activities. Enjoy plenty of seating outdoors, a fire pit (limited wood provided), and the perfect setting for relaxing and unwinding. Virginia Beach's oceanfront is about 40-45 minutes away.
**Home Features:**
This charming ranch-style home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The spacious living area includes an open-concept family room, dining area, pool table, tennis table topper, and a 90-inch TV for entertainment.

* **Fishing**: Various fish species have been caught from the shore. Two fishing rods, accessories, and a bait fridge on the screened porch are available for use. Side gates are locked for security.

* **Upcoming Pier Installation**: We are planning a boat pier installation, and work will be performed from the water to minimize disruption to guests.

**Sleeping Arrangements:**
The house accommodates up to 10 people. Guests will need to arrange sleeping accommodations using the available beds, 1 sofa, 1 loveseat, and 1 futon.

**Security Cameras:**
For safety and security, there are four exterior Ring cameras on the property. Three of these record both audio and video (one in front, one on the right side of the house, and one in the rear, which will be turned off during your stay). The fourth camera is inside the camper entrance on the right side of the house. The cameras help monitor for unauthorized guests and rule violations, though guests have full privacy in the house and rear area.
* **Noise Detection**: Noise level detection may be used indoors and in the rear of the house, but without recording audio or video.
**Gym Equipment:**
Located on the screened porch, the gym includes an elliptical machine (must be plugged in for proper use). Please note that it's a modest setup, so don’t expect anything grand!
**Pests:**
While we strive for a pest-free environment, outdoor pests (such as mosquitos, ants, and water bugs) may occasionally be present. Be sure to close doors promptly and manage spills and trash to minimize the impact.
**Propane Tanks:**
Two propane tanks are available for use. They may or may not have enough fuel during your stay, and guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging them if needed. A self-exchange station is available at the nearby Wawa gas station.
