This quiet neighborhood has deeded beach access within a 5 minute walk to the beautifully restored white sand. Walk to the nearby Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo restaurants. This newly renovated home is locally managed and offers a screened private heated pool, space to moor a boat on our new dock, covered lanai with tons of seating, grill, heating, AC, and strong WiFi. This home has 3 full bathrooms with custom showers (no bathtubs), and a cozy living room with a 65” TV and queen sofa bed for guest 7 and 8, The main floor guest room has a king Purple mattress that can be moved into 2 twin XL beds on request. The master suite downstairs has a new Purple mattress and direct access to the lanai and pool. The primary master suite is upstairs and has a private balcony with seating and tons of space with a large walk in closet and large walk in shower. Bonus features include a hot/cold outdoor shower, wine bar, new washer and dryer, tvs in all bedrooms and sitting areas, and plenty of entertaining space by the private, heated pool.
