The kitchen is fully stocked including appliances such as a ninja blender. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a stacked twin over full sized bed with a twin trundle. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. Relax on the large balcony and enjoy the picturesque water view. This condo also offers cable TV, high speed internet/wi-fi and a washer and dryer. Great commnunity with 2 outdoor pools and tennis courts! This is the perfect vacation location - close to restaurants, shopping, Northside Park, etc. You're only a 10 minute walk to the beach and ocean!
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $129.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
