Welcome to the most enchanting beach bungalow in Surfside Beach "Wait n’ Sea". Ideal for a cozy family or friends’ getaway, this holiday haven is a stone's throw from the sandy beach, delightful local eateries, and a handy convenience store. Comfortably sleeping seven, this coastal retreat boasts a BBQ area for grilling and an ample sunlit deck space for soaking in the Texas Gulf Coast sun. At "Wait n’ Sea", we provide the perfect setting to recharge amidst gentle sea breezes and coastal charm.
Surfside is a small beach community, known for both its incredible fishing, and Surf breaks (best in Texas.) From our home, you can walk just about anywhere including the beach, and a number of food trucks and convenience stores.
Driveway can hold 3 cars.
Most of our guests choose to walk. But you can also rent a golf cart from a few providers nearby!
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 5 need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
