Sitting on a hill overlooking the lake this year round house offers panoramic lake views through a wall of windows, the sunsets are amazing. The living room, dining room and kitchen have an open concept all with views of the lake. The furnished year round house provides three bedrooms, one bath, washer and dryer, A/C, and a gas fireplace. Other amenities include 72 ft. Dock, fishing, swimming, swim raft, 2 picnic tables, lawn chairs, gas grill, fire pit, flat screen tv and DVD player. You can keep a row boat or canoe tied to the dock during the day weather permitting. At night it can be pulled up on shore. If you are bringing a motor boat you have to take it out of the water overnight. The State Boat Launch (no fees) is 1/2 mile from our house. We have a big area for keeping boat trailers. We have storms that can damage our dock and your boat which is our reason for taking boats out of the water. You can rent a kayak or paddle board from South Shore Nautical LCC, 3728 Rt.31, 315-391-9213.
