Welcome to the Victorian Seasons guest cottages, nestled between wildlife preserves and protected land. Victorian Seasons is a significantly important historic site that dates back to 1855. It is on the historic corridor in the heart of East Marion on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island.

Each cottage is newly renovated and elegantly appointed with wide plank flooring and knotty pine doors. Complete kitchen with granite counters and dishwasher. New baths with Italian tiles. Stroll down our private road on 1 1/2 acres of unique historical property dating back to the 1850's. Experience the tranquility of the past with all the luxury of today. Enjoy the climbing roses, crepe myrtles, lavenders and boxwoods that surround you. Within steps of Lavender by the Bay and Sep's farm stand for really fresh local produce. Pick up your picnic boxes with flavorful fresh cut herbs and delicious sandwiches from the Fork and Anchor. Minutes walk or drive from Bay and Sound beaches. Tennis and golf nearby too. Near vineyards, bring along your au pair and enjoy the many award winning wineries while the children play freely.
