As you walk in, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting living room with comfortable sofa and chairs, perfect for lounging and relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals during your stay and comes with everything you need, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeepot, and microwave. The dining area features a large table and chairs seating 8, plus room for 2 more at the bar - providing plenty of space for family and friends to gather and enjoy meals together.
The three bedrooms are each tastefully decorated and offer comfortable beds with fresh linens and plenty of storage space. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, the second bedroom includes 2 full beds, and the 3rd bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed. TVs are available in all bedrooms, and the primary bedroom includes a desk and chair should you need to work during your stay.
The highlight of this lake house is undoubtedly the outdoor spaces. The large yard overlooking the lake features a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the views, as well as a dining area with TV on the deck. There is a second picnic table in the grass along with a grill, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.
The backyard includes a fire pit, where you can gather around with friends and family to roast marshmallows and enjoy the cool evening breeze.
Located just steps away from the lake, you can enjoy swimming, boating, and fishing right from our dock. We provide 2 canoes and life vests. This lake house is also located near a variety of local attractions, including Lake Livingston State Park, shops, and restaurants.

About the Lake:
We are lakefront on a quiet cove, which means the water is always calm and safe for swimming, floating, or launching a boat or kayak. Water depth at our dock is usually around 4 feet.
We are just a few lots away from Penwaugh Marina and centrally located on the lake in the Blanchard area near the Blanchard public boat launch - perfect for the many fishing tournaments hosted on Lake Livingston each year! We have our own boat in the boat lift, but you are welcome to bring your boat and tie it up to our dock or to the bulkhead.
Children: Our home is not child-proofed. We do not have any cribs or high-chairs at this time, but you are welcome to bring your own. Use of the lake is at your own risk. The backyard is open to the lake (no barrier between the yard and the water). We have life vests that you are welcome to use. Please supervise children carefully.
Beach towels are provided.
No parties. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10 pm - 8 am.
Please note: We have 2 exterior cameras (1 facing the driveway and 1 facing the boat dock) for safety and security.
