Owned by a commercial fishing family that catches Dungeness crab and sablefish, this home, located on a secluded street up above Bay Boulevard, is two blocks from the Newport Historic Bayfront, allowing you to stroll, purchase fresh seafood right from the boats, and view the sea lions with ease. You'll find numerous restaurants there as well as galleries and shops! Access the beach at Yaquina Bay State Park on the west end of the Bayfront, or head over to the Nye Beach turnaround where you'll find a long stretch of sand to explore.
