The nicest thing is that the home is truly a beautiful and a peaceful place by any standard. You will love the great location and privacy. The entire home is surrounded by a six foot wooden privacy fence that starts before your front door. You get the best proximity to the beach (1 mile away) AND the excitement of Downtown Hollywood (walking distance). This rare gem is a unique sanctuary just minutes to the Fort Lauderdale airport and near the all the best shopping and restaurants on Los Olas (15 minutes). The property is well maintained with lots of windows to enjoy the sunlight. Towels, linens and toiletries are provided.
-Bedroom: King size super comfy mattress.
-Living Room: Large TV with Roku streaming channels. Super nice U-shaped sectional. If you take the pillows taken off the back of the couch it makes a very nice second bed or you may opt for the queen blow up mattress should there be additional guests or kids.
-Kitchen: Lovely kitchen with white cabinetry, black stainless appliances, champagne gold fixtures and gray granite countertop. Fridge is large and brand new with French doors and ice maker, matching stove, dishwasher and lots of cabinets.

- Dedicated parking for one vehicle in driveway out front. Street parking easily available for second vehicle.
