Large permanent dock with water trampoline, 3 kayaks and a standup paddle board. You can look at the motor boats, but I have the keys with me. Great fishing right off the dock. Multiple mooring buoys available if you wanna bring a small boat. Beautiful gas and charcoal , smoker barbecue pit with built in fridge. Brick fire pit with chairs. Firewood on site, just don't go crazy. Property is on the side of a large hill. Property is NOT handicapped accessible.
