A 2-room, 2nd floor suite with attached bathroom (shower-no tub) in an 1850s home. Front room--overlooking Dover Rd and the beautiful Rock River--has a double bed; rear has two twins and a sitting area. Suitable for 3 adullts or family of 4.
The suite has its own access stairs through the dining room.
Our home is clean, welcoming, down to earth; 15 minutes from Brattleboro; 25 from Mt. Snow, we're in a village that's part of Newfane, VT.
The suite has a microwave and a fridge. A light breakfast is included.

An upstairs suite for up to four adults or two adults and two kids: Two clean, attractive rooms with private bathroom (shower, no tub), and a southern view overlooking the Rock River.
A double bed, small dining table, fridge and microwave, shelves and closet in the main room and two twins, a table and chairs in the back room, a cozy renovated attic.
Please note that to get to the bathroom, one must go through the double room from the room with the twins.
Ours is a comfortable early 19th century Southeastern Vermont village home set back from the road among woods walks and sweet country roads--perfect for strolling, biking and cross-country skiing.

You'll find a couple shops and eateries in Newfane village a few miles north. Brattleboro, twelve miles south, boasts a range of shops and dining establishments. Mount Snow is 25 minutes west and Stratton is 40 minutes north. We're a warm and quiet household--a conveniently located and peaceful retreat.
You're welcome to the front porch, and, of course, to the two rooms in your spacious upstairs suite. Breakfast is served in the dining room.
