Lakefront / Guest House / Private Dock/ Great for families. This property allows for one home (the home closest to the water) to be rented out on its own for $800.00 per night. Guests do not need to rent both homes at the same time. Guests renting the main house, will not be permitted entry to the second home, and the second home will not be rented out while guests are in residence of the main house. Welcome to Sunapee house and Hideaway located in the charming town of New London, NH! This private 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on Lake Sunapee boasts spectacular views and all the amenities you need for a memorable vacation.
The main home features a spacious, open-concept floor plan with a dining area, a living room with a wood-burning stone fireplace, an updated kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in island that flows onto a screened-in porch with an additional sitting area and dining space overlooking the water. The first floor finishes with the first bedroom, a full bath, and a washer and dryer. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bath.
Outside, the property has its own dock for swimming, a firepit, and a large deck with ample space for entertaining and relaxing.
But that's not all! We also have a newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath lakefront guest home next to the main home and situated next to a babbling brook.
