The home is located in an area of Lake Winnipesaukee known as “the Basin”, which is a quiet secluded area just off Winter Harbor with access to the "Broads" of Lake Winnipesaukee. NOTE: Boat size is limited to a maximum of 20 feet because the access to "the Basin" (where this property is located) is under the Tuftonboro Neck Road bridge between The Basin and Winter Harbor on Lake Winnipesaukee (see photo gallery).
Set in a peaceful cove, this property is perfect for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Enjoy the sandy beach and lovely water views from the home and screen porch. This property enjoys great afternoon sun. Inside, a beautiful kitchen makes meals a joy to prepare. There is a king bedroom on the first floor with private bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and also a queen futon and the other has three twin beds. There is a finished lower level with a 3/4 bath and another queen bed. This home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation including central air, wireless internet, and washer/dryer. The home is a short drive to the quaint town of Wolfeboro.
