Large home is on the South end of Torch Lake, near the famous sandbar. Cottage has lake access across the street, the driveway easement is part of the Township beach. The home has 3 bedrooms (sun room can be used as a 4th), 2 1/2 baths with the potential to sleep 12. Also, located on a 1.5 acre parcel that is wooded and backs up to the State forest. Lots of hardwood and great trails. An awesome place for a family(s) vacation.
