There’s a compost toilet 100 ft. away and an attached hot water outdoor shower. Limited solar electricity w/ 12v lights, usb outlets, and propane heater. Features a 3/4 full size bed, a dresser, and balcony. Kitchenette with a hand pump water faucet sink, no stove, no fridge, no utensils. Outdoor grill, fire pit, table/chairs. Self check in/out.
The Treehouse is conveniently located on a private lot halfway between Lake Champlain and Mt. Mansfield. There is parking for two cars, an RV, or truck/trailer. A path leads through the woods to the tree, a tenting area, and an old stone hut (no inside access).
