This is a tiny house in an area filled with big potential. Four miles east of Cayuga Lake, we are close to wineries, breweries, The Spa, and a short drive to local distilleries. Want to commune with nature? Enjoy time at the lake or one of our local swimming holes. If hiking is your speed, nothing beats a journey to the gorges of Ithaca. If local is what you want, we have it!

The space
The tiny house is located behind our 170-year-old octagon-shaped home, which we are in the process of restoring. In the summertime, expect green surroundings and epic sunsets from across the neighboring field.
