To the left of the living room you will notice the large formal dining area, perfect for your family gathering. Relax and enjoy that new favorite bottle of local wine and spirits. Ideally located near the Point of the Bluff Vineyard, Dr, Franks's, Bully Hill, Krookid Tusker and so much more. Both bedrooms are on the main floor of this home while the second floor houses the second bathroom and laundry area. This spacious home is a great place to relax and unwind both inside and outdoors. There is an inground swimming pool that will be ready for your enjoyment by July 1 2025. Just off the living room is a deck offering a BBQ grill, seating, and of course, the most perfect view of Keuka Lake. Wander the 10-acre property where there is plenty of space for your outdoor activities. Please note the perimeters are fenced.

3. We do not provide beach towels you will need to supply your own. Please do not take our white linens to the pool.
