Welcome to The Rising Sun in Surfside Beach, Texas! Featuring an open floor plan, tasteful nautical decor, and expansive deck with views of the Gulf. Weβre located on a quiet dead end street. The beach is a 30 second walk away with direct access through a walkway.
We do provide your first gallon of water and some cold water bottles in the fridge for you but make sure to bring enough to drink and cook with as the city water is not consumable.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided. A modern kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked with everything you need to make delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table for 8 along with seating for 3 at the island.
Our living room features a 75β smart TV with access with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video, ESPN+ and other TV apps. UFC or Boxing events can be ordered, we just asked that you cover that cost.
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($100 for 1 dog, extra $50 for 2) per stay.
No dogs on furniture please. We ask that dogs not be left home alone unless crated/kenneled. No cats allowed.
