This space, with its own dedicated entrance, is the entire lower level of our lovely home. You will get to enjoy this space uninterrupted as the lower level is completely separate from the upstairs. This space offers ample room and plenty of activities for everyone. Whether you are coming to town visiting loved ones, seeing what Nashville has to offer, or just wanting to get away for a bit, you are guaranteed to love it!
This quiet and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space can sleep 4 comfortably. It features 2 full beds, spacious living room and updated full bathroom with walk-in shower. Located in the utility room is the kitchenette that has everything to serve your needs and a full size washer/dryer. Pets welcome, but we ask a pet fee of $50 per pet; pets must be well-behaved and dogs must crated when you are not with them. Guests are asked to pick up "messes" both inside and outside. The security deposit not only covers any potential damage from guests but also their pets (Message us if you are considering bringing your pets).
Outside you will find mature trees and spacious yard with a small creek that runs along the back of the property. Private outdoor dining space and fire pit for lower level are available for your use.
