Be sure to bring the washer boards, bean bag toss, horseshoes, bocce ball, or any other yard games you have because Mellow Yellow has a grassy area behind the house perfect for family games or just gathering for a get together.
Inside you will find a beautifully decorated property that is both spacious and cozy. There is a large kitchen with a pantry that is ideal for having multiple chefs cooking at the same time while featuring a breakfast bar so your guests can sit and visit while making those special meals, making memories to last a lifetime.
Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside! Pets are welcome at this home. 2 pets max. w/ a non-refundable pet fee. (ask if additional pets are allowed).
